Luce de Palchi is a creative director and experience designer who brings conceptual thinking, storytelling and in-depth visual research across her work. From ideation through production, her passion lies in creating thoughtful visuals, content and events that combine strategic positioning with creative execution.

Luce grew up in New York City and received her BA in architecture and visual art at Bennington College. Through her career she worked in many different arts fields, from education to fabrication to design. Her commitment to design as a tangible process brought her to seek out opportunities where she could see her work built to completion. In 2011 she took a position at MAC Cosmetics, where she worked on numerous experiential events around the world maintaining a balance between understanding consumer needs and instincts while integrating a sophisticated, minimal, avant-garde aesthetic that functions at all angles and scales. She has an ability to deliver experiences that not only touch hearts but inspire and excite the consumer.
